GDM Motors Primed for 2024 Nürburgring Endurance Series Opener
This weekend marks the start of the 2024 ADAC Nürburgring Endurance Series, and GDM Motors is gearing up for an action-packed race weekend. The team is set to field four cars in the season's inaugural race, including one GT3 and three GT4 class Aston Martins. However, their second GT3 entry will join the competition later in the season due to scheduling conflicts.
The GT3 will see Maxime Dumarey sharing driving duties with Marek Böckmann and Simon Balcaen, competing under the starting number #17 in the SP9 Pro-Am class. This team is determined to build on last year’s success, which culminated in Dumarey securing the class championship.
In the SP10 class, GDM Motors will deploy three Vantage GT4s. Among them, an all-female team comprising Célia Martin and Jasmin Preisig will take to the track. Additionally, the team will enter a permit vehicle numbered #177, piloted by Steven Palette, the 2020 Silver Cup champion of the GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup, and Guido Dumarey will drive the third car.
The race weekend begins with qualifying at 8:30 am, leading up to the main race starting at noon on Saturday. Fans can catch all the action from the ADAC Nürburgring Endurance Series live on YouTube.
